Heriz- Goravan, Mehriban, Karaja, Bakshaish, all are villages around Heriz which is located approx. 65 km east of Tabriz. The pattern tends to be geometrically drawn medallions with corner sections, also over patterned with large stylised leaf motifs and, in a few cases, cypress motifs.
